If you are talking about how many calories exactly, find your BW (Body Weight) multiply it by how strenuous the activity you are doing is, (1 for sitting still, 2 for walking slowly, 3 for a slight jog, 4 for a sprint, and 5 for a sport like soccer or Basketball) then multiply that by how long you are doing it for, (In hours) and then multiply that by 0.49. That should tell you how many calories. For example, if my BW was 100, I was playing soccer for 2 hours, my calculation would look something like this:
100 x 5 x 2 x 0.49 = 490
So I burned 490 caloried
431 calories per hour
3200 calories.
