well it is about 0.5 alcohol. Perhaps French dont have calories. so compare it with other drinks % of alcohol per volume and work it out. (i.e. if a well known shandy contains x amt of alchol per 100ml, then Panache will contain x divided by 0.5, will give you a rough guide )

Another way to solve the problems is dont drink too much of it after a (beef Protein meal, or a meal of protein, i.e. chicken, beef fish and also if mixed with carbohydrate. i.e. meat with vegetables, potatoes).

Beers, shandies are mostly carbohydrates and will digest well where your stomach has mostly carbohydrate. Therefore drink more shandy/beer before your meals and they will go out of your system quickly than during or after your meat and veg meals. If you have to drink it during or after a mixed protein and carbohydrate meal, then limit your intake accordingly, or what the hell, you will burn it out by working after your meal!!
