Children in Africa have very good education. It doesn't matter about the how nice looking the facilities in England are. Children in Africa are intellgent beings who learn eveything through understanding, and without any other sources of technology , like a calculator. They learn to use their minds and the knowledge they have to make life decisions at very young ages.They teach young children the importance of responsibility and adulthood, marriage and families. The education they learn also trains them to become wise thinkers and think beyond the lines. Even though Africa is among the poorest, the knowledge they have is eternal not only to university or collage but through the rest of their lives. They turn out to be more successful than the people in developed countries who decide to drop out and work at McDonald's for the rest of their lives. These African Children know the true essence of life, they always try to aim higher than what they are capable of. In the end they never lose. They always end up on top.

You might find it hard to find a regulated number of students in every class in a single high school so what makes you think the number of students would be regulated in a whole continent?
