Honestly, milk isn't the best thing in the world for you like everyone makes it out to be. And, if you do drink milk make sure you buy whole milk, not fat free or 1%, because the fat in it actually helps your body digest it. So drink milk daily because you like it, not because you think it is healthy. If you're looking for calcium, broccoli is the best natural source and way healthier for you than milk! I'm sure lots of people will disagree but this is just how I was raised and actually I've had many doctors who weren't hooked on the milk publicity scheme that confirmed it.)
