Yes and no. He had only one biological father, Barack Obama Senior, but his father was rarely in his life. After his mother and father divorced, his mother re-married, so the young Barack got a step-father. But his step-father, while acknowledged as being a good person who was kind to his step-son, did not adopt him, and there is no evidence that Barack thought of him as a father. Rather, he seems to have regarded his maternal grandfather and grandmother, who helped to raise him, as very much like his parents.
