To the best of my knowledge, there are no laws governing this aspect of employement. In other words, your employer could have you work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as long as they pay you overtime for all hours worked over 40 in one work week (or over 8 in one work day if your rate of pay is less than 1.5x the minimum wage). See NRS 608 for more information on Nevada Labor Laws. Personally, I find this is something that needs to be addressed, as many employers will schedule shifts without ample time to rest between, thus leading to unsafe working environments.
between shifts would be about like an 20 minute period time between shifts
How come this hasn't been answered because I wanna know also
Arkansas is two hours ahead of Nevada.
Greece is ahead of Nevada by ten hours.
Sweden is 9 hours ahead of Nevada.
Kentucky state law requires a minimum of eight hours rest between shifts. Kentucky also requires a ten minute break for every four hours worked.
Kansas is exactly 2 hours ahead of Nevada.
In Florida, it is suggested that employers give employees 8 hours between shift, however it is not mandatory.
Oklahoma is Central. Nevada is Pacific. It's two hours earlier in NV than OK.
This is the approximate time required. The distance considered for the journey is the shortest route chosen between the places. Also traffic rules like one ways and no entries have not been considered.the time required between the above places is 22 hours, 56 minutes
The hours you called out are exactly 24 hours during the work shifts.
The distance between Minnesota, and Nevada, is 1,639 miles and will take approximately 27 Hours of driving time.
