Not many. Many wikis are wary of trolling, spamming and cyberbullying. If any occurs, usually a Supervisor will know about it and block the bully. Keep your personal information safe; an average troll could always cyberbully from an e-mail and such.

Only the police know...but they can, however, track down the bully using special software and using their computer knowledge. They can then find the bully and speak to them, and have them put in record. There are many other ways...but I am unsure.

There are millions of children affected by cyber bullying. Almost every child who has access to the internet is subject to cyber bullying.
To be honest, I don't think that there is a typical profile for a bully, at least not since the internet has become a large part of our daily lives. Sure, back in the day it would be the bigger, stronger and more popular individual who would be a bully, however, ever since the net, cyber bullying has been on the rise. What make this so scary is that there is no profile for cyber bullies. It can be anyone, of any age, gender, class, religion, race, etc. The anonymousness of the web has enables many people to be a lot crueler than they may be in reality. Or, at least, such is my belief.
