It depends on teh theatre size and volume of products; however, generically you'd have

Directors x 2 at least

General Manager

Marketing team 1 at least

2 Admin persons

1 Financial controller/book keeper

2 -Ticket office staff

4 ushers

4 Bar staff (if a bar is present) Plus catering staff of 4

Electricians x 2 (these may double as lighting an general electrics

If require 2 Follow me light operators

1 sound engineer plus assistant

Stage manager

Stage hands x 4

Wardrobe X 3

Make up x 1 (more if required are hired as many actors do their own)

Carpenters x2

Riggers x 2

Then you'll have Orchestra which frequently hire in session musicians
