You should do as many quests as possible. If you are not a member, you will not be able to finish many quests because to go to the place for the quest, you must be a member. If you are a member, you will be able to finish all the quests. Once you are done with all the quests you can do, then you will have to get experiance by battling until you are high enough to get a new quest.
