How many times in the Bible does it say that women are not to preach?

There are at least four Bible citations that show the doctrinal basis for the idea that women were not to teach in the Christian congregation.

Matthew 10:1-4; 1 Timothy 3:2, 12; 1 Timothy 2:11-12; 1 Corinthians 14:33-34

This list is not complete, as other passages are also construed as having the same meaning, such as the Mosaic requirement that all priests be men only.

Chosen men were given the responsibility of taking the lead in the Christian Congregation, and the instances above refer to women preaching WITHIN the congregation. OUTSIDE, however, where the proselytizing and 'house to house' preaching and disciple making was being done by ALL Christians (Matthew 24:14/Acts 5:42/Acts 20:20), women and men were BOTH to be active participants (Matthew 28:19+20, Acts 2:17, Acts 18:26, Acts 21:9, Romans 16:1,3+12, Philippians 4:2+3), as prophesied at Psalm 68:11. Those who received the power from God's holy spirit at Pentecost 33CE, both men and women, were given the responsibility and ability to preach to others outside(Acts 1:8, 14+15/Acts 2:1-4)as prophesied at Joel 2:28+29/Acts 2:16-18.
