Remove from canner, and let sit until they seal.

it depends how much sauce there is? - keeping in mind all the additives and flavouring/liquids there are not much tomatoes in tomato sauce, who knows!
If you are cooking with them, you can use canned tomatoes. If you are using them in salads, or on sandwiches, etc., then there really is no substitute for a raw tomato.
