Engine running at idle you should read 13.5 to 15.5 volts.
With the engine running and all lights and acces off approx 14 volts should be put out

ETC stand for Eldorado touring coupe I should know i have one.
Any steering column from a 1986-91 Eldorado would work - a comparable Seville's should work equally as well.
With the engine not running you should read 12.6 volts on a fully charged battery. With the engine running you should read from 13.5 to 15.5 volts at the battery posts.
Mine in my 1983 Eldorado Are located inside the fenders on both size. On The ender side o the battery there should be a hole in it that 2 of thehorns should be. the other 2 are o n the opposite side of the engine bay
Inoperative thermostatic clutch on the cooling fan. Loose fan belts. Low coolant
Bad alternator? A fully charged battery should read approx. 12.8 without engine running With engine running should read approx. 13.8-14.2 volts
Should be at the bottom of the throttle body throat (inside)
Should be a 4.6 L, 8 cylinder engine
Should be that small pedal on the very left underneath the dash.
Premium Unleaded 91 octane fuel.
