It take around 6 weeks in an orthopedic cast to recover properly from a broken leg. If a surgery is performed for a broken leg then too the recovery period is 6 weeks, but one can walk from almost the 3-4th day and put full weight on the leg.
my wrist was broken in a soccer game, and my doctor said i will be out at least 2-3 months
I broke my wrist in kindergarten, i had the cast for 6 weeks, but then another cast (that u could take off!!) for a few more weeks. Then I was finally free!! But my wrist was weak after that.
Usually around six weeks if you are a healthy adult if you are talking about dogs, anywhere from 10 weeks to 4 months. But that all depends on where the break is and how old your dog is and what breed they are and if it had surgery.
a couple of weeks or months. You just need to make sure it's in good care.
5-6 weeks usually. I broke my wrist at 13 and it healed in 5 weeks. I know it can take longer though if the person if older or has a severe break.

If one's wrist is broken, one needs to treat it. Bones will heal themselves, but they need to align properly. A piece of wood is needed to make sure that the bones line up properly to recover fully in strength, movement and sensitivity.
A broken wrist can heal in 4 weeks, but only in younger people. The younger you are the more quickly a fracture will heal. Older people are afraid of falling and breaking a hip or shoulder. Sometimes their body doesn't really recover from the damage and the shock.
Six to eight weeks. Expect to limp for a while after that until the muscles build back up. Your doctor should have explained all this to you when you got your cast.
It is not possible to die from a broken wrist although Scaphoid wrist fracture may kill your wrist bone due to lack of blood supply.
