Simply put migration is the movement of people from one location to another to stay an undefined period of time, usually years or till death. A paeticular society have is set working laws, morals and statues determining whats ethical for a specific culture. When this is infiltrated by "outsiders" who are usually of a different race, religion and creed, it can cause upheaval, and in many cases an eventual change of laws etc as these people are woven into the community and excercise their "natural right" for justic and equality . This a very typical scene, especially in the USA, whether it maybe because to a religious group or people relocating for occupational means via the labor arena (workforce).
