This is completely dependant on what type of case and the level of expertease of the lawyer. A new lawyer just pass the bar will cost less than an expert that has won several cases. Most lawyers offer an initial appointment free or at a reduced cost in order to review the case before they take it.
It depends on the kind of lawyer you are speaking of. Private practice - I have seen anywhere from $95-$600 per hour. Corporate law - annual salaries from $150k-$350k without being in VP position. It varies a LOT from place to place. I work in corporate legal and deal with invoices from private firms and they are all so different. There really is no right answer to this question. Private practice makes better money but corporate law has better hours.
lawyers make about 20,000 thousand a month
Some lawyers charge 30-50 dollars a day for consultations. The 35-50 dollars does not include the percentage of settlement earnings or retainers fee.
well they make about $50 per hour so it depends on how many hours they work...
How long is a piece of string? In other words, it depends which one you're talking about. Some lawyers earn a lot, some earn very little.
