Depending on their degree and position.

An entry level architect with a B.Arch makes between $15-30 an hour.

A partner or principal in the firm makes from $180-400 an hour (that is with 20+ years of experience)

Also prestige of the firm is a big factor.

However some projects are run by partners, some just by project managers, also some projects are payed on a fixed fee basis, and some on a percentage of the building budget.
