It's REALLY REALLY hard to get meet and greet passes on short notice. Usually the best ones will go on sale when the actual tickets go on sale as well.
Most meet and greet tickets range from about $90 to about $200. Most people that you see meeting the Jonas brothers usually know someone that got them meet and greet passes, or won a contest.
If you are REALLY desperate to get them last minute, try going on Amazon, Ebay, or Craigslist. They might have some.

∙ 11y agoIt is not possible to buy a meet and greet to a single Paramore concert. In order to win a meet and greet, you need to be a member of the official Paramore Fan Club (http://www.paramorefanclub.com/). Membership costs around $40 per year, but it seems to be closed at the moment. A set number of fan club winners in each city will win a free meet and greet, however joining the fan club does not guarantee that you will win a meet and greet.
Paramore also does some meet and greet events with radio stations. In this case the radio station is in charge of distributing tickets.
