It depends on what types of food you eat. Bags of chips are about 200 calories. If you order a small fry, Big Mac, and a medium coke at McDonalds, you're eating about 1500 calories. For one meal!! That's about 3/4 what your supposed to eat in one day. Each meall you eat should be about 650 calories. Now, that's just half the story. Now we're talking about the fats inside of the burgers fries and other junk food that the average American eats daily. The fat inside of a burger is immense. That's why if you ever decide to get a coke get a small.

Well, it depends on if their health. If they are fat and overweighted, they should not eat junk food. If they are skinny, they can eat it, but not too much.
