The value would depend on the age and the condition.
The most common issue is dated 1941. A 5 Yuan note in mint uncirculated condition is worth $15. A crisp circulated one, only $1.50.
Earlier issues, from 1935 to 1940, are worth considerably more.
A Very Fine quality note would be worth $40. Uncirculated = $110.
It is gold plated and therefore is only worth what a normal (damaged) 1941 dime is worth, which is about $2.20 or so in scrap silver.

The 1941 Mercury dime is very common, most are valued at $2.00 just for the silver.
1941 is a common date for mercury dimes. If in circulated condition it is worth about $2 in silver melt. If uncirculated it might be worth $3-5 depending on condition.

Unfortunately the added gold does not increase the value, but it's still worth about $10.00 for the silver.
