It depends on the year of the game. 1935 was the first year of production and the only year produced with greater similarities to Parker Brothers Monopoly. The 1935 game came with deed cards, the determination of collecting more than one property to build on as in Monopoly, a Free Parking space, and Give or Take spaces on the board for the Give or Take cards. Some of the properties are the same as the 1936 through current Easy Money and some are different. The Game Play instructions are somewhat different due to the changes listed. Both Milton Bradley and Parker Brothers were scrambling for the right of first patent and when Parker Brothers was awarded the patenet along with the Maggie patent, Milton Bradley was forced to change its game in 1936. About the value? These games are somewhat scarce. It's taken me a few years to find one and regadless of the outer box condition I purchased it. The game within was in fairly remarkable condition and had only minor smudges to one side of the game board (presumably where the Give or Take cards are placed) and all the pieces are there and only a couple deed cards were bent. Overall, not counting the outer box, the game within was a solid 8+. Not bad for 1935. I put the outer box at about a 3 or 4. Even the nicest Easy Money games I have from the 1936 through 1940 have got boxes I wouldn't have in my Monopoly colletion. Most times, it's all about the box but, when you are talking about a one year only game with no patent the box condition becomes less of an issue. I feel my putchase at this time (July 2013) is worth all of $300.00. See my other comments on what hapenned next with the Easy Money saga. ~ s

if it is a good game that is fun to play. that will be worth the money.
A board game doesn't necessarily need a foldable board like Monopoly to be a board game. Games like Carcassonne, Settlers of Catan, and Gold Mine use tiles to build out a dynamic game board, for example.
