Singapore is a great place to live in!Costs have gone up in the past two years,but value for money is good.The major cost would be housing,which could be in the range of 2500 sing $(government 3 br flat)and could go up to 6000 $ for a 3 br in a private condo in a good area.Public transport is excellent,would cost not more than 200$ a month,taxis would cost about 10$ per ridbb,ut owning a car is expensive.,groceries would be another 600-1000$(depending on veg/non veg),eating out is very inexpensive,especially at the hawker centers.Private schools cost around 5000-125000$ a Quarter But most companys will pay for it,singapore schools are good and cost a lot less.Also tax is only 10%.
