If the cabinets are in good condition, advertise "Free kitchen cabinets. You remove."
It depends on how many cabinets you have/what kind of finish you want. You can do it yourself for a hundred dollars if you have just a few cabinets. Prices for having it professionally done range from a few hundred dollars to over a thousand depending on how many cabinets you have and what type of finish you want.
Yes, Home Depot does offer these services but I have no idea how much this will cost you. If you want to get it for cheaper, the best thing to do would probably find a handyman who would do it for a lower price.

Well, it depends. If you are making cabinets in the middle of a parade or in the middle of a hurricane, then you can charge almost triple what you would normally charge. If however, everything around you is under water because of a hurricane, then you may not have the resources to make cabinets in the first place. I would recommend finding out how much your cost of materials are and include the occasional hurricane and parade in the price and charge that to your customer.
I should charge 5%
Refinishing an old vase will very much be benificial and won't lower the value of your vase at all.
The cost to have this done will vary depending on a few factors some being the number of cabinets to be done and the amount of detail in the cabinets, more detail equals more sanding time.
uhh. how much did he charge you when you were growin' up?
The answer depends on the construction of the wall and the mounting of the cabinets.
If they are very good friend of you, you should not charge. Otherwise charge according to how much you work.
