Brewing coffee is always a touchy thing, because everybody likes their coffee a particular way, like everybody likes their eggs cooked differently. However, here is a standard "medium strength" method for a 100 cup percolator.

Start with a clean pot, and VERY cold, very clean water. Fill to the 100 cup line. If the water from the tap is not cold, measure a little ice into the pot to lower the temp.

Place a filter in the coffee basket. Use a commercial paper or cloth filter. Paper towels will do if none are available.

Weigh two pounds of coarse ground (drip ground) coffee into the basket. If a scale is not available, four cups (measuring cups!) will do. (The ratio is 3 ounces per 1/2 gallon.)

Allow 100 minutes brewing time for 100 cups. This means arriving 2 hours ahead of serving time to brew the coffee and set up the serving area.

Consider an espresso dose of around 65 milliliters times 120 people and you have 7.8 liters or about 2 gallons per serving. Now, the biggest question is what percentage of people will take that shot, what varies a lot depending upon location or race, age, gender, time and weather at the event.

For a typical party of 100 mixed adult/child guests lasting about 4 hours - 15-20 2 liter bottles of soda should suffice if pouring over ice, and using 16 ounce cups/ glasses filled 3/4 of the way (typical "serving")

Adjust by + or - 15% depending on crowd (lots of kids, or no alternative beverages like beer and liquor - add 15%. open bar/ strictly adult party, decrease by 15%)

If using cans, plan on 2 cans per person. I would go for a 2.5-3 can calculation myself, especially if its an outdoor event on a hot day. You might wind up with extra, but at least you won't run out.

A 30 cup urn takes approx 1.5 cups coffee grounds, a 100 cup urn would take approx 4.5 cups. You would have to experiment.

About 6.25 cups of ground coffee. The usual wisdom is for every 6 ounce cup of coffee (pre-brew) then 1/8 cup of grounds. Thus 8 cups of water at 6 ounces each is 1 cup of grounds, so 50 cups of water is 6.25 cups of grounds.

How many watts does a a coffee maker use?

it uses amount of wattage that's written in the specifications of the device. how much energy needed to brew coffee is kind of same for every mashine. the wattage of the mashine determines the amount of time required to brew it. 1500 w mashine brews the coffee faster than a 500 w mashine, but they "cost" nearly the same at the end.
