Did you know? that a man produces 100 million sperm cells every 24 hours and that over the course of a lifetime he produces over 400 billion. And that with the average ejaculation he "spills out" 300 million sperm. (source: NOVA: "The Miracle of Life" - The first filmed record of human conception, photographed by Lennart Nilsson, 1982 Swedish Television Corporation).
However, I did some of my own calculations and discovered that 400 billion divided by 100 million per day is 4000 days, and 4000 days divided by 365 days per year = 11 years production of sperm. That is hardly a lifetime? That only gets a man from about age 13 to age 24. Either they calculated wrong and the sperm count is about 6 times that high (3 trillion) or else they aren't telling us that sperm production goes way down with age. But if 400 billion sperm only gets us to age 24 (at 100 million produced daily from age 13 lets say) what happens after age 24? I think the sperm count is much higher than NOVA is leading us on to believe.
the male body never stops producing sperm, that is until you die

The man ejactulates about 30 million or so sperm per ejaculation
I am guessing you meant one of two things, does your sperm die after ejaculation, or do you have a limited supply of sperm. The answer to the first one is yes, it does die if not ejaculated directly into a woman's vagina. The answer to the second one males are born with as much sperm as they may need in their lifetime. So don't worry about running out anytime soon. Women are the one the keep reproducing eggs.
In its lifetime, the average honey bee worker produces about 1/12th of a teaspoon of honey.
