It depends on a number of factors, including the area of the country you are currently in as well as your starting credits which comes from education and past work experience. A support manager is a pay grade 7 so it is the highest hourly pay rate in most stores, the majority of them are overnight as well so there is also a substantial differential for that which is 1.50 an hour i believe.
Around 9.35 per hour
25000
$2,000,000 a year plus bonuses. LOL!
$11.00 an hour for a class 6 manager in NYS. Electronics and a few other department positions pay a little more.
15-16$ per hour, which i totally think is unfair i have taken over the meat dept and have been for almost 1 year and im just an hourly associate doing a better job than the mid level or the department manager.. The mid level walked out and went to zehrs and the department manager has been off sick for a year... I' m by far a stupid person and i totally think its unfair that both those people couldnt run the department and i am... Another thing the first mid level that was hired was demoted before grand opening and she is still in the meat department as a regular associate but gets to keep her mid level pay and garanteed 37.5 hours, this bar far is not right nor fair!
A Support Manager at Walmart is usually responsible for just about everything. I've worked at Walmart for almost ten years, spending seven of those ten years as a Support. I am responsible for delagating tasks, checking on employees, checking in vendors, backroom matainance, checking in with my IMS (Inventory Manangement Specialists), creating displays, taking down displays, building endcaps, stocking-when needed, zoning and general upkeep of the day! My bosses delegate tasks to me and I go from there! I work my tail off though! And in case you are wondering.. after 10 years with the same company and still sitting an at hourly wage.. I make about $30,000/year before taxes. It's not a very lucrative job, but I am anticipating a promotion to assistant manager soon which will put me just below $37,000/year. I hope I get it! I've got triplets on the way! -B
Co-Managers do a variety of different tasks including, but not limited to dealing with the store manager and the assistant managers and all the way down. They report directly to the store manager and typically don't do a whole lot other than the store managers paperwork and asssit the assistant managers with any concerns they may have.
