The body gets more than 100% of the sugar it needs in fruits and vegetables and conversion of starches. There is no need to consume any amount of refined sugars whatsoever.
im wondering the same thing!
Multiply your weight in pounds by .66 than divide that number by 8. This gives you the actual number of 8oz. glasses you should consume daily. Example: 125lbs. x .66= 82….5 82.5 divide /8= 10.31 glasses per day I would suggest an average of about 8 glasses everyday, enough that your urine is clear. In countries where there is less humidity 10 glasses might not be required but in hot and humid countries 10 glasses becomes essential to prevent dehydration. Daily water consumption is necessary for hydration. On average, an individual should consume between 6-8 glasses of water daily. A great way to incorporate these regime is to carry water in tow to ensure that you are hydrated throughout the day.
"The minimum daily requirement is zero" This is for REFINED sugar, like the processed stuff. It is NOT true that you don't need any sugar in your diet. Sure, you might ge…t away with not eating it for a day or two, but we do actually need sugar in our blood. Although there is apparently no daily minimum requirement for refined sugar, you get sugar naturally from fruit. It is not really possible to completely cut out sugar from the diet, and you wouldn't want to do that anyway, it would be dangerous. However, as long as you are a normally healthy person (not got some kind of health problem where you have inadequate blood sugar levels, for example) you could probably easily give up the sort of sugar that most people will be thinking of, the type not found in plants but in ice-cream, chocolate, etc. as long as you ate fruit. I have looked around, and I can't find anything on minimum sugar intake from plants. I'll come back and update if I find something.
8 glasses is recommended however you should consume more water if your in a hot or humid or tropical weather
The FDA[Federal drug administration USA]recommended daily allowance[RDA] of vitaminD is- (a) 200 IU(International unit) per day for children and adults 50 years old (c)600-800… IUper day for the elderly> 70years old scientists and nutritionists believe that the doses in the RDA are not high enough. Good studies show that up to 10 times the recommended daily allowance is safe.According to the FDA ,2000IU is a safe dose for everyone ,except children under 1 year old.Studies ,however, have shown that adults taking doses up to 10,000 IU per day for five months didnot have any evidence of vitaminD overdose. Most experts agree that children and adults who stay out of sun require 800 to 100 IU daily. ultimately , the best dose for anyone needs to be determind with your doctor, but if your are healthy adult and not preegnant or brestfeeding woman ,you have three options : there are two types of vitamin D -(1) vitamin D2- Ergocalciferol, which comes from plants, (2) vitamin D3- Cholecalciferol, which comes from exposure to UV radiation and certain foods. Some studies have shown that D3 raises vitamin D levels in the bloodstream higher than D2 ,but D2 has been shown to be effective at preventing vitamin D deficiency at the right doses .The goods news is that everyone can use vitamin D2 and vitamin D3 to getball the benefits of healthy vitamin D levels in the bloodstream.
You should consume 0.8 grams of protein per one body kilogram.
Yes, it really just depends on the age of the child. All children should have vitamin C but you have to make sure you don't give a child an overdose and you don't want to give… it to little in case of scurvy.
100 lots of toilet roll hahahahahaha <33 and thena skelenton withh,, eastender''s tardar <3
The amount of vitamin C that you should have will depend on your age. For adults, the recommended daily intake is about 90 milligrams.
