Um, only you can answer this one padawan
Yes, one can definitely drink too much water per day, which is not suggested, bbecause our bodies are made of up 70% of water and if you intake too much water, you will flush …the nutrients that are supposed to stay in your body. A great way to determine how water you need daily is by dividing your weight in half, and the answer will be how much you need in ounces. So for example, if you weigh 100 lbs, you should be drinking 50 oz. of water. It wouldn't hurt to drink 55 either.
A horse should not drink too much water if he is hot or over worked...just like you he can sick.
Yes, it is possible to drink too much water and it can cause harmto your body. If you drink an excessive amount of water in a shorttime, your kidneys will not be able to flush… it out fast enough andthe blood becomes waterlogged.
Dieticians recommend at least 3 liters of water is necessary tocomplete a detox regimen. Also, can include cucumbers or lemons inthe water as well.
4.5 billion gallons of water
Well, sort of. Drinking too much water (and we're talking buckets here) will eventually thin out the blood to the point where you'll get really sick. It might even lead to liq…uid collecting in your lungs, which I suppose could be considered drowning.
it should not be, why do you ask?
yes it is you should only drink three cups of it cause you may puke or get a stomache for drinking to much
Depends on the size of your body. Drink at least a few cups a day or you'll start to feel the consequences. Too much is likely anything over a gallon, once again, depending on… your size. Also, feelings of dehydration when one knows they are getting a reasonable amount of water can often indicate medical problems, such as diabetes.
While water is an essential nutrient for our bodies, it is indeed possible to drink too much water throughout the day. Drinking too much water will cause the aptly named condi…tion "hyper-hydration" (water intoxication) to take place. The symptoms can be relatively mild (vomiting, dizziness) but can quickly becoming severe (kidney failure) or fatal (brain damage) if the amount of water consumed further increases. The actual intoxication in the brain and feelings of faintness are caused by a replenishment of fluids without consuming any electrolytes. Most of our liquid bodily excrements (especially sweat) contain both water and electrolytes, so the body is craving electrolytes but only getting water. The amount of water required to cause water intoxication is much higher than anyone would regularly drink during a day, but people who play sports (especially those who run) are at a high risk. This is why Gatorade is so popular among football players because it has electrolytes that the body needs to keep properly hydrated.
The answer to this question is Dependent on many variables. This depends on where the water is getting lost, how fast it is getting lost, etc...
it is up 2 u but to b healthy u need 2 drink at least 3 to 4 glasses of water
The amount of OZ = to your body weight in KG. So if you weight 140 lbs, divide that by 2.2 to get the equivalent KG amount--which is 64 KG. Divide that by 8oz (a cup) to… get the amounts of cups of water you need. So that means if you are 140lbs (64 kg), you need 64 oz of water a day. 64 divided by 8 is 8. So 8 cups of water for a 140 lb person. (p.s. the answer here came out to 8 cups by coincidence. If you weight more than 140, you'd need more than 8 cups of water a day).
Seven to ten cups per day is a good average.
