I can't really say how much water to drink, but from what I was told, that if you basically drown your body in water to the point where you can't stand it, you should come out clean. This information also came from someone who works on the inside. How true it is I have yet to see.
New Answer: well I'm not so sure about meth i do believe that will be out of your system in 3 days anyway but as far as THC goes i am a woman weighing 172lbs and my mom is an LPN and she says to drink an ounce of water per pound a day to flush THC! i weigh 172lbs therefore i should drink 172oz of water a day which equals 21 and a half glasses... coffee also helps because it is a diuretic and naturally makes you pee and it doesn't matter if you add creme and sugar or not! but to answer your question drink until your pee turns clear but do be aware that you can kill yourself by overdosing on water! not sure how that works exactly but i do know that you can so my best answer would be like i said drink an once of water for every pound you weigh and good luck! not sure how its going to work seeing as i am just beginning to flush today and not sure when my test will be (sometime in the next 2 months). but when i do take my test and i get the results i will post my results then! thanks and keep on drinking! o wait i forgot to mention maby you could become and alcoholic for a few days ha ha because i know it to makes you pee pee alot and your not so much getting it out of your system as much as you are diluting it for the test so alcohol might be an alternative! i mean if you don't mind drinking!
