This depends on how much you weigh to begin with and how tall you are. You can lose weight but you might not need to if you weight 500kg and were 160cm of course you could lose weight but if you were 50kg and 165cmyou might not need to lose weight, you still could but you would not need to.
It really all depends on how hard you work for it. Im 13 now and recently lost about 30 lbs. You just need to eat healthier, meaning no junk food, and most certainly no refined processed carbohydrates on a regular bases (you can have a little once in a while for a treat) and of course exercise every day.
