The answer is not much. Eating once a day is not good. There is no disputing it. No health guru will tell you to only eat once a day or eat the bare minimum. When you don't eat, your metabolism will slow down as there is nothing for it to digest. This means that you will be burning less calories anyway at resting. Your body will go into shock as you're not eating anything and there is no nutrients going into your body that it actually tends to hold onto the fat. The answer is, eat normally, eat the right things every few hours and you'll end up burning a lot more than you would if you were to only have one meal a day. Hope this helps!
