If you starve yourself, your body's fat-burning capacity is actually lowered. You can never have a stable weight this way.Not to mention, there is risk of death from dehydration and heart troubles from electrolyte and vitamin deficiencies. Some of these health problems may be long-term.
Simply put, starvation is NOT healthy, and is not a reliable weight loss plan.It is a good idea to see a doctor to make sure you are healthy. A doctor can refer you to a psychiatrist or counselor who can help talk you through this and maybe put you in touch with others who also struggle with emotional troubles due to their weight. Get into sports. I'm 12 years old and I play soccer. That is a lot of exercise so that should help you lose weight. As long as you don't eat as much as junk food.
