The amount of weight one would lose varies depending on the current size the person is, how much they need just to maintain themselves at that point in time. A heavier person would more likely lose more weight than someone of a lighter side, due to both of their resting calorie usages would be different. The heavier person would use more, and without it, the body wouldn't have much of a choice but to use the fat cells.
