Trust me..... I have lived in zakynthos for 10 years and glad not to be there now.......
You don't want to live there..... it may look nice in the summer but in the winter it is a hell hole there is nothing to do and all the shops are closed.............its just not nice......but if you want to buy land then build it might probably cost you the same price that it would cost in the UK..You might get told it is a cheap offer but when the Greeks start to work on a property they finish about 5 years later. I hope that helps.

There are a wide range of sites and travel agencies that can assist in booking a vacation to Greece. These companies and sites will depend on what country one would be traveling from. Some great booking sites are Expedia, CheapOAir and Flightnetwork.

The very early Europeans would build a small foundation and use their overturned ships as a roof. If there were lots of trees they would build log cabins. If few trees but lots of rock they would build rock cabins. If few trees but lots of dirt they would build sod cabins. The houses were always almost always made of local products including animals.
The minimum size for a 1 car garage should be 12' x 22'. From experience I have learned you can never build it too large but you can sure build it too small. A 14' x24' would be what I would build.
