Daily in early life then in later life less often while getting a bath in her time each day was reality. Obviously, she would bath more in summer than winter and as she gained weight was over 45 and became in pain, getting in and out of tubs was not pleasant so she likely avoided it much more in winter and some in summer too.

The ability to bath each day was there but not even you reading have had a bath everyday of your life. You might have been sick or just didn't feel like it one day and skipped a day so the US style of showers everyday is really aging for the skin which celebrities know and others such as myself so we stay clean but at 50s look 28 instead of 68.

Victorian Age was much different than Queen Elisabeth the first per bathing with bathing often being each day however; the way people dressed and were still often sewed into their clothes in winter; they bathed less. There was also the weight problem of Victoria and she suffered pain in later years thus getting in and out of a tub would not have been the first thing on her mind.

No one will ever know the 100% facts on these anymore than we will the current Queen but best guess with Elizabeth 1st was once a week in warm season then once a month in cold season and for Queen Victoria, likely in younger years daily in warm season and twice a week in cool season and older life 45 upwards she likely bathed less often once a week in warm season to twice a month in cold however; depending on how she wore makeup, her face might have been cleaned off with a damp cloth each morning if not again before bed. If like Elisabeth, she wore makeup to bed then of course makeup would just keep being added and smoothed until next bathing.

Showers? No way.
