There is no minimum age for a person to ride on the back of a motor bike, the only stipulation is, the bike must be fitted with a pillion seat and foot rests and their feet must be able to reach the foot pegs. A pillion doesnt even have to face forward however I wouldn't recommend facing backwards.
there is no law on the age as long as there feet go on the pegs and can holed on if very young onely go a short time.
I'm pretty sure 16 but I have also heard 18

No. Both rider and motorbike must be licensed. A motorcycle learner's permit is available in some states.
- From 16 years old you are allow to drive a motorbike under 50cc- You have to be 18 years old to join the Motorbike Driver License (A1, A2) then you can drive a motorbike above 50cc
Absolutely NOT ! A 120-year-old is not legally old enough to drive.

The same age you would have to be to drive ANY vehicle on a public road.
you don't have to be a certain age to legally ride a dirtbike on the side of the road, but you do need to be 16 years old to ride one on the road
No, she is legally required to have a permit to drive on any public road.
Most states have laws that you have to be 15 in order to drive legally on the road. So I don't think a 14 year old could even drive legally on a motorcycle.
You have to be 18 or 21 in order to legally drive.
