In human years, everyone thinks he's like 17, but Rumiko Takahashi put his age in her manga as 15. Go figure.
But, technically speaking, if you include the years he was pinned to the tree, he is about 200 years old; ( In the third movie, the beginning clip is a flashback of Inuyasha being born, and also shows his father dying on the same day. Then, later in present day, for Inuyasha anyway, Feudle Japan, Myoga goes on about how inuyasha's dad died 200 years ago, so yeah, you can kinda figure it out..;p)
---------------------------------
he's 17 in human years but in deamon years he's only 65
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
he's only 15 that's the age rumiko takahshi put him as and that the age kagome described him as wen she found him pinned to the tree
According to Rumiko Takahashi's Zusetsutaizen Ougikaiden(Illustrated Encyclopedia and Fanbook), Inuyasha is "equivalent" to a 15 year old appearance-wise at the start of the manga series. His exact age is not known, but he is not shown as having aged in any significant way during his 50 year sleep pinned to the Goshinboku.
The movie canon seems to indicate he may actually be much older than that, at least 200 additional years, considering that he was already born at the time of the Sou'unga's sealing. However, the movie canon is often considered separate from both the TV series and the manga canon, as events from the movies are not reiterated in the TV series and are original, not originating from the manga.
Kagome is the only character whose age is definitive: she is 15 at the start of the series, having celebrated her 15th birthday just before she is transported to the Feudal Era. At the end of the series, she is 18 and has just graduated high school.
The Fanbook (translated in English as "Inuyasha Manga Profiles," licensed and released in the United States and Canada by Viz in 2007) gives the other character's ages as of the start of the series as the following:
Miroku: 18
Sango: 17
Kikyou: 18 (even after her reincarnation, she remains this age. Because she was dead during Inuyasha's "sleep," those fifty years are not counted toward her age)
Shippo: 7
An additional three years can be added to these ages to get the character's age at the end of the series.
umm... i don't think it tells us, but i think he is 15 or 16
The manga began in November of 1996.
--------------------------------------------------
from 1996-2010 so far the final movie is still being made.

People watch old television shows because the show is still fun to watch. Old shows also bring back memories of days gone by.
the old guy is the dude who created tenseiga and tetsusaiga (his name is totosai). he fixes inuyasha's sword sometimes. there's also an old lady named kaede, who's kikyo's younger sister.
Have you looked up Inuyasha the Final Act? There are new episodes pf that and it is the same old Inuyasha! Yay!
Episode 85
Its very safe to watch inuyasha it not horror but its comedy and action im 10 years old and i find the show very interesting
InuYasha, and if your getting into it The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Don't watch Cowboy Bebop and when you get into 13+ watch Rosario+Vampire.
Inuyasha is about 6 years old in human years
nothing he lives and dies of old age i guess. Yes demon in inuyasha have died of old age.
well it depends on how she can handle with demon blood and some romantic stuff in it but not much but if she or who ever want to see it it up to them if they want to watch InuYasha myself I'm 16 but i seen all series and in the movies there is nothing wrong but one thing is that in the band of seven Jakotsu he is gay .... >.> TT^TT but it funny to watch and excitement but it up to who chooses to watch it
Inuyasha is over 65
There are 7 billions people in the world and they are around 3 - 4 billion around One to twenty-one years old age and 60% of 3 - 4 billion watch anime, so it is 2 - 3 billions people.
Sesshomaru is around 500, and Inuyasha is 150 if you subtract the 50 year death at the tree!
