All greek goddess date back to around about 7000 BC, when the original inhabitants of Greece were primarily farmers (this is around the time that the originally densely forested land was mostly cut down). They were originally local fertility spirits, so it could have been any number of local myths that combined. This developed into the Minoan Civilization.
The shape of the myths we have today began to form into individuals around the time of the invasion of the achaens, which became the Mycenaean civilization. Essentially the acheans were a highly patriarchal warrior society with male sky gods. A lot of the legends around the male gods dominated the females is thought to be a reflection of the two cultures merging around 2000 BC.
The Mycenaean civilsation lasted (if I remember correctly) about 1000 years. Through the dark ages writing and many other elements were lost. A lot of the mythical development from poets and bards like Homer (his poems were recorded around 750BC but they could have been circulating a lot earlier), because they wandered a lot and they were responsible for remembering and carrying on a great many myths and stories, Artemis is mentioned in the Illiad, and by that point is pretty firmly established.
There's also the different aspects of Artemis. She's associated with Selene, the goddess of the moon, associated with Apollo and other aspects of healing, with Hera and Hestor for her involvement in childbirth, with Demeter for her involvement in fertility - interesting she was a virgin goddess, which is one of the few elements about her that aren't contradictory.
So depending on your view, she could be about 3000 years old or 9000, or even older, since most beliefs are an evolutionary process, you could probably date the ideas she and other goddess came from back to the neolithic era, probably further back since she embodies the hunt, wild animals and the moon, all of which were of major importance to prehistoric societies.
Artemis is a immortal Greek goddess: they are ageless. Usually, Artemis was portrayed as a young woman.
Artemis the Greek goddess was ageless and immortal in myth, so there is no telling.

Artemis was born a goddess. Zeus and her mother Leto were also born immortal deities.
Artemis was both immortal and ageless in the Greek myths so no one can say.
Nothing! Diana is the name "Artemis" in Latin. So actually, Diana is in Latin. Artemis is the ancient Greek goddess representing the Moon, sister of Sun, Apollo. She was a great huntress. When Romans adopted ancient Greek culture and mythology, they worshipped Artemis under the name "Diana".derived from an old Indo-European root meaning "heavenly, divine",
The goddess Artemis did not marry. She was a virgin goddess.
Since both Artemis' parents were divine gods, Artemis was born as an immortal goddess.
Greek mythology has no chronology.
Trying to judge the age of Greek gods and goddess is futile, most especially because they were worshiped orally before the written word.
Since Artemis was born, she was an Olympian goddess. When she was three years old, she asked her father, Zeus, to let her remain a virgin forever. He consented.
