Jimmy Sullivan died on the 28th of December, 2009 from an acute polydrug intoxication due to the combined effects of oxycodone, oxymorphone, diazepam, nordiazepam and ethanol. In other words, he took an insane mixture of painkillers and alcohol - the mixture killed him, it was more of that than an overdose, so don't just jump to conclusions. He also had an enlarged heart because of his excessive drinking.
