If you mean Star Trek 2009, then there can be 2 Spock's because, One is Spock from the Universe created by Nero's temporal incursion. The other, is the Spock from the "prime" universe, the one in which all the series and movies happen. He travels through time via a Black Hole and emerges in the Alternate reality. Also, just to clear this up, the new universe does not replace the old one, they co-exist on different dimensional planes.
