If men could in fact give birth, then they would probably be astounded and overwhelmed by childbirth through the small hole in the tip of the penis. A baby could not fit through that hole so men can and will never give birth. but NO a man probably cannot endure the pain of childbirth.
Something more painful than child birth that happens to men allot is kidney stones. My youth pasture has had nine of them, 3 of them took him to the hospital. He said that women had came up to him in the past saying "I would rather give child birth than pass a stone," and his doctor said" Congratulations, you have experienced the most painful thing tat could happen to you". The thing is that kidney stones aren't smooth stones that people just pee out the are almost identical to the shape of a goat head that you find under your shoes and bike tires. That has to manage to pass through everything before exiting.
