Take the subway to Luo Hu / Lo Wu
Cross the border (go through security checks etc)
(You could of course take a taxi, but this is how you go on public transportation)
Take the train on the Hong Kong side to the final station on that line (East Tsim Sha Tsui)
Walk from the "East Tsim Sha Tsui" to the "Tsim Sha Tsui" part of the station and take the red subway line to the station named "Central".
Walk from "Central" station to "Hong Kong" station (it's close, and there are signs leading the way)
Take the airport express train to the "Airport" station
