There is absolutely no magical way to get fit fast, especially if you have a lot of excessive weight you want to get rid of. The key to losing weight, or getting fit, is to do simple lifestyle changes. These are eating less, doing more cardiovascular activities, doing more anaerobic exercises (lifting weights), drinking less, smoking less and similar activities that cause you to gain extra weight. The more changes you do, the faster results you will get. But, to emphasize my point, it will not be fast. You can expect one to two pounds of lost weight per week with all of these added and you will have to stick with the changes you make for the rest of your life.
