Ultrasounds are not invasive at all and will not harm you or your baby. If your baby measures 7 weeks but you think you are 9 weeks it could be a number of things. First off, every baby grows at their own pace and 2 weeks won't make much of a difference in the end. Also, it's not exact science. You can only guess when your egg was fertilized. There is no way to be sure the exact date of implantation. I wouldn't worry about it. I'm sure your baby is healthy. Just take the best care of yourself and it should stay that way.
Ultrasound can visualize fetus inside with no errors.

u should ask a doctor Ultrasound works on soundwaves not radiation so it is harmless. In high risk pregnancies, you have up to one ultrasound a week. To be fair, the studies are inconclusive because people haven't done studies on this really. But everything I've read and when I talked to my doctors, there is not problem. Now XRAYS during pregnancy are a nono. They have radiation and that isn't good in the early stages of pregnancy. If you break an arm it is unavoidable. I had an ultrasound nearly every week from the 30-38th week. I have a healthy baby girl who is perfect.
ultrasound is used for scanning e.g. pregnant womens to check if the feotus is growing in better health
