if you hav the azure Flute (you can get it on mystery gift through special event or use an action replay-$18 at best buy) go to the spear pillar and it will say 'do you want to vlow into the azure flute?' say 'yes' then a white see-through staircase will appear. walk up it and you will see him. for darkrai, get the members card (sometimes called the members pass) through an event or action replay, and go to canalave city. above the Pokemon center will be a house. if you tried to go in it before, it was locked. now, if you have the members card, it will be unlocked. i will not tell you what happens, i want you to find out for yourself. you will meet darkrai on new moon island. You have to see the 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh region to get the National Pokedex in Pokemon Pearl. #151, Manaphy, is obviously not included. You also may be missing some Pokemon but havnt been to the Pokemon league there are several Pokemon there that are added in so check it out
