I have constipation and have burning sharp pain around my bellybutton Slightly left.I am male and i frequently urinateI went to doctors and did test and all came back clearWhat is wrong with me?

This sound like the onset of Diabetes or pre-diabetic symptoms, which can cause both frequent urination and alternating constipation and diarrhea. Did your doctors check your blood glucose levels. Also, some diabetics will test with normal blood sugar levels. Eating a half hour before testing will give better results.
Other possibilities are irritable bowel syndrome, crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and bladder infection.
These aren't difficult to diagnose. Perhaps you should consult different physician.
