I just broke up with my boyfriend and I cant stop thinking about him i want to get back with him and he said i don't know when I asked him back out what should I do?

That happened with me and my boyfriend shortly before I left for Europe. My trip forced us to not talk at all for 9 days. When I got back, I received a text from him saying "I miss talking to you". Things were much better after that. Point being, the only thing you can and should do is give him space.
"I dunno" either means that his answer is no and he's trying not to hurt your feelings, or he really doesn't know what he wants. Take a break from him. Go a few days to a week, maybe more, and cut all communication during that time. Sometimes all guys need is some space to gather perspective. Good luck with everything!
