You might still have a chance, but don't rush it or that chance will disappear. I've actually had situations like this go both ways. If you continue to talk to her a lot and get to know each other, your closeness might turn into deeper feelings. However, she might always think of you as a friend. If you have the patience to get to know her while acting like her friend, she might or might not give you a chance. If you don't have the patience, the only advice I have for you is to move on.
