Your Process Of Puberty is starting. once pubic hair starts to grow it can take 6-12 months before you have "alot" signs of pubic hair means that yes puberty is starting but may take a while before you hit it fully. Once Pubic hair has grown 6-12 months your vocal cords lengthen causing your voice to "break"
