A microwave or kettle. (Preferably a microwave, and not for long.)
the best way to warm milk is put some milk in a glass up if you have a microwave put it in there and don't put a cover on the cup though just keep the milk in the glass and heat it up for like a minute.
Warm cold milk slightly is one way to make it lukewarm. Or leave the too warm milk to cool to lukewarm. Or add cold milk to reduce the too warm milk to lukewarm. I'm not sure whether the question is actually about pasteurising raw milk?
When milk gets warm, some of the water evaporates. The "skin" is milk from which most of the water has evaporated.
No it nurishes it and leaves it beautifuly smoth and soft.
The Nutella and milk heated up in the microwave will not do anything to you.
What kind of warm? Some people say that heated warm milk helps them fall asleep. If you left the milk out too long, then it could become sour and possibly make you sick. Usually if it smells and tastes okay, it is fine. However, warm milk will not last as long as that that has been kept refrigerated.
There are two healthy ways to do it. One: open the kitchen's sink and let the hot water run. Place the bottle under the hot running water, until the milk is warm. Two: heat a pot with water on the stove and before it is boliing, add the bottle with breast milk. Leave it there for a couple of minutes until warm. Please, never, never warm breast milk on a microwave!
Room temperature is ideal for breastmilk. Do not microwave pumped breastmilk. To thaw frozen breastmilk or warm up refrigerated breastmilk, place the pumped bag inside a cup of warm water or under running warm water.
If you put milk anywhere other than a refrigerated appliance for 10 days, it will spoil.
