If your uncle marries another man, then you get a new uncle. If your brother marries another man, then you get a new brother-in-law. You can get a new uncle by marriage, but not a new brother.

- If you are talking about a brother, then you will get a brother-in-law.
- If you are talking about an uncle, then you will get an uncle.
- If you are talking about a son, then you will get a son-in-law.
- If you are talking about your dad, then you will get a stepfather.
